An Easy "Give Away" — Spellings
Using British spellings by an American-English writer (using non-native dialect)
Knossos is one of four Minoan palaces that was uncovered in the 1900s. The other palaces are located in Mallia, Phaistos and Zakro. However, Knossos was the centre that radiated the light of one of the most brilliant civilizations. During the Neopalatial period, Knossos was at the height of its splendour. At Knossos, archaeologists found the finest examples of colorful frescoes, intricate jewelry, finely-made ceramic jars, as well as the most sophisticated knowledge of plumbing, and functional architectural design.
